Usually goes very well, staff is great. This time, four days after my appt including tire rotation and multi point inspection, my tire pressure alert went on. When I went to put air in them, two of the four were low. Disappointed this time around
The service was great, but the vehicle maintenance cost has felt too high for too long. Every time I go for routine basic maintenance, I end up with a bill for more than $1000. It just doesn't feel like there is real value there at all.
Very nice experience. Top notch service department, really nice staff and quality work. They have a shuttle service too so you can go run around at the mall while you wait for your car to be serviced.
I had a 5star experience.
