I had an appointment for routine maintenance and waited for my car - service was completed quickly and customer service technician kept me up to date on progress. I had a question about the functioning of my seats and the customer service tech went out of his way to help find the answer and help me solve the problem.
I believe in the integrity and honesty of Charlie Melella. He is the Service Advisor that I work with exclusively. I have been extremely pleased working with Honda and Charlie is a huge reason why. I love the SUPER clean facility. The wait area and restrooms are pristine. I love that Lawrence is there to drive me wherever I need to go while my car is being serviced. You guys have it together!! I feel confident knowing that Honda Southpoint has my back.Thank you!!
