I went to 4 dealerships. Darcy, my salesperson, was in a different class than other sales folks. She was patient, knowledgeable, no pressure, & treated me like an intelligent human being making a big purchase instead of making me feel targeted. She never asked about my husband or tried to sell me on cupholders. She explained features & patiently taught me to use them. She knew the vehicles inside & out and helped me program my car after I bought it, went above and beyond. I highly recommend her.
Charlie Melella did a great job expediting my inspection and a ride-along with the technician so he could hear a noise my car has been making.
