Good service. Have been giving my car since 5-6 years.

I have always had a good experience with the service department. Joe Defrancesco is super helpful-always kind and courteous. Alot of my friends have said don't ever go to a dealership for service. However, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Southpoint over the past several years. I intend to continue going there for service.
All great, except Service Dept has not received parts to correct Honda tailgate harness recall.
I had great experience dealing at Southpoint Honda. Vincent is extraordinary sales associate. He was always ready to help and went extra miles to provide needed support. Related Sales manager were also super helpful.

My service advisor, Thomas Rutledge, was excellent and was responsive to all of my concerns (on two different cars) and helped me make decisions on what services were necessary at this time and which ones could wait. he communicated well with me throughout and all work was done quickly.
Salesman Patar was wonderful to work with. Responsive, polite and courteous, flexible in the sales process. Will contact again in future for my next new car. Danny also assisted and was also great to work with. Finance person made closing go smooth. Upper managers(Ahmad) got involved when needed. This is a good dealership if you're shopping Hondas.
I am happy to get my car serviced there. The employee is very nice.
