My recent services at Southpoint Honda was friendly and fast.
Started on time, kept me informed. Good service. However I have 2 recalls on my Oddsey which will take all day and the dealership offers no loaner or rental.vehicle. I live over an hour away and for my wife to lick me up and bring me back it takes 5 hours of her time. The dealership needs to reconsider this issue.
Fast, prompt service (with appointment). Honest and up front. No major pressure on upselling services. Washed car for free. Used plastic to cover seat protected floor board. Amazing experience!
