Service was excellent.Courtesy, knowledgeable.
Excellent Service and accommodations
Good service but at what price. Too expensive. Before the pandemic I'd be getting oil changes for $20. Now it cost $100 more or less? No customer loyalty rewards like other dealerships. I've been going here since I bought my car in 2014
Excellent all around service with super waiting area
My service appointment went well. I did not have to wait. My service advisor, Charlie Malala, was excellent. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the services I needed.
Outstanding customer service from the time I call for an appointment through when service is completed and I have a sparkling clean CRV to drive home. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I was kept informed all along as to what service was being done and how long it would take. I highly recommend Southpoint Honda's service department.
Joe deFrancesco was very helpful and knowledgeable, and his staff did a thorough job.
The service advisor Don Slawson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. I had front brake pads put on my car. It was very quick and I'm very satisfied.
