My Honda CRV Hybrid unfortunately did not come with a service manual, and although I was told the car would tell me when service is needed and what is needed, the car does not. The absolutely wonderful person who serviced my car gave me a booklet that outlines what is needed and when. I strongly wish that Honda provided this simple booklet for everyone! Since they do not, I genuinely thank the wonderful person who gave it to me. Service was also rapid and complete. Five stars.
