Service was good, all good on the day, except for getting charged twice. ( it looked like the credit card swipe didn't work, but it did) I've waited a week to see a refund to my credit card. As of today, no refund. I'm sure it will happen, but hoping it happens before the cycle is over. The charges hit immediately, refunds not so much. Sorry, not good for customer confidence
