Brought in my car for a squeaking noise. They fixed a lot but the car is still clearly making the noise. Seems like they did what they thought the problem was and then didn't bother to check if it was fixed before returning it to me.
All went well and all repairs were done in a timely manner.

I have been a Honda owner since 2006, and recently acquired a new Honda Pilot. As a female of color, especially Latinx, it's often rare to have a positive experience at dealerships. Chris Wallace at your dealership is the exception. He's been incredibly professional, culturally sensitive, and respectful. His patience and detailed explanations are greatly appreciated. Thanks to this experience , I'm already considering my next Honda.
