The service performed was fine-aside from a 3 hour wait for an oil change and inspection. I would like to rave about my service advisor, Joe Defrancesco. Joe is always so kind, courteous and helpful. He goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy with whatever service is being done. He will patiently show me how to change the computer readings in my car-or anything else that I have questions about. I give Joe 10 stars!!
