The end result is acceptable for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The 3-hours wait time on a scheduled maintenance that should take an hour at most was not. We choose to have this Dealer service the car as this is where we purchased it. This is a 45-minute drive each way just to have it serviced when we could go 10 minutes down the road to a qualified serviced department and have the same work performed. At the very least we should be in and out with a scheduled appointment.
The service person Don was very knowledgeable friendly, Service was performed in a reasonable period of time. I'm a happy camper.

I have always had a good experience with the service department. Joe Defrancesco is super helpful-always kind and courteous. Alot of my friends have said don't ever go to a dealership for service. However, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Southpoint over the past several years. I intend to continue going there for service.
All great, except Service Dept has not received parts to correct Honda tailgate harness recall.
