We have received some very poor recommendations from the “exotic pet expert“ for our guinea pig, who came in for a routine check up after owning him for two years and this expert recommended to my 16-year-old daughter that we take our guinea pigs off of all fruits and vegetables feed them lettuce only and a vitamin C supplement along with their hay One of them started to go downhill very quickly, and my daughter could not figure out why we were having a conversation about it one evening and she had mentioned this expert reco... read more

RecommendedWe have been going to Southside for over 18 years, They are the the only vet you will ever need, The staff all care about your pets and also you, One example is recently we had a pet that was in pretty bad shape, the Doctor that cared for our dog, was off that afternoon. We scheduled a appointment anyway with another doctor. I was called couple hours later and was told that our normal Doctor would come in to care for our dog. RecommendedBeen taking all my fur babies there for years. They know all three of them by name, and Nick names. From the receptionists, to the techs, to the groomer (only person allowed to trim their fur) and the vets. They’ve ALWAYS been up front with us on costs, medications and treatment. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere but here.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET/S HERE!! What a disgrace to actual good veterinarians out there. This place is horrible from the vets, vet techs, right down to all the staff. They do not care for your pets. When they do wrong and it's proven to be their fault they deny deny deny. Their people skills and animal help skills are terrible. This place should be closed down!. Please for the sake of your beloved pets go somewhere else 💔
