Friendly and convenient! The check in process was great. The gentleman working the front desk was so kind, helpful with local recommendations, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolate. We liked the room and because prices in Sedona are so inflated due to demand, the room was better than we expected. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and the location was conveniently close to anything you might need!

I guess I don’t know what constitutes as a VIP Access hotel because I didn’t feel it to be any different than a regular hotel in the area. However, it was perfect for the dogs, spacious, and clean. We will be staying here the next time we go to Sedona!

The room was beautifully decorated, with many setails. The staff was terrific. They do a virtual check in, which was new to my husband and I, but we had no issues.

No coffee Was very nice and clean. Was very disappointed with the breakfast service. My wife went at 7:25 as breakfast area is open at 7:30. She wanted to get coffee the girl working said it would be 10 more minutes. She came and got me and we went back in 10 minutes, coffee still not done. We ask girl working she said it would be 6 more minutes. We waited and waited we were only ones there and it’s upstairs. My wife goes as gets girl and ask about coffee she goes in room where coffee is made we waiting and waiting literally... read more
