Great place in Sedona Really nice hotel! The fireplace was a nice feature! The front desk clerk was super nice and helpful.
The check in was the most impersonal experience. A staff member was sitting behind the desk but we had to check in on a kiosk. The “person” was somewhere- on property- probably not.
This property is dated and a little run down. Breakfast is packaged food that you prepare yourself. Doesn’t open until 0730. Pictures look better than actuality.
Good and Bad We have stayed at this hotel in the past, a few years ago or so (pre-pandemic). First thing that was strange was the virtual/video check in. OK, not a big deal, strange but no problem. The room was the same as I remember, kiva fireplace is nice and the hot tub was good. But what we missed the most? The breakfast they used to serve was lovely! Had second floor with balcony that was private a larger than most-very relaxing with small table and chairs. Room very sound proofed overall-good insulation and top floor enter from rear with just once other door at top of stairs and then other side balcony with door. Black out shades keeps room dark. Best of all electric fire place made for wonderful ambience- large bathroom. Highly recommend smaller place and friendly staff.
LOVE THIS PLACE!! Read some mixed reviews after I booked it, but it was WONDERFUL. Beautiful room and bath-balcony with view, great staff, good location at the West end of Sedona -even the free breakfast was more than I expected. I got a really great rate online and couldn't have been more pleased-
Whirlpool tub was very dirty, we could not use. We had silver membership and was suppose to receive a bottle of wine, but did not.
