Exceptional Everything was just fine! Clean, cozy room with fireplace, outdoor hot tub, complimentary breakfast! And , of course, the staff :) Great place to come again.

Good location, but very little personal touch. I was early for check in and the staff member behind the desk said he'd call me, after verifying my phone number, when the room was ready. I never got call. Nobody was in the lobby behind the desk before 7:30 to answer about late check out. Location was very good. Room decor was lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The Southwest Inn is in a good location, the room was great as was the view. I would return. Breakfast. The “omelettes” were cold and had to be microwaved, the food area was limited in size with one microwave and one toaster. I had a bagel and a banana and appreciate that and the good coffee. The room was sweet and cozy with a southwest decor and a gas fireplace to take the night chill off. The bed was super-comfortable and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. Not crazy about breakfast.

Nice hotel, clean & comfortable. The customer service of the staff needs some improvement. Free breakfast was just not worth the value. The rooms were nice, spacious, fire place in the room, bed was comfortable. Location was good, 3 miles from uptown Sedona. Nice restaurants all around. A no frills hotel.

Nice option to stay in Sedona in a very comfortable room. Nothing to register. Very comfortable room, with a good view and a fireplace. Also the room and facilities are very clean.

Buen lugar para conocer Sedona Poca diversidad en el desayuno. Si te toca planta baja se escucha a los de arriba. Localización para conocer la zona de Sedona es buena. Tiene desayuno, para mi gusto no tan fantástico como lo marcan los demás pero al menos hay lo básico. Camas muy cómodas.
