So I was unable to complete changes to my account on the App. Further it did not give proper instructions to correct or instructions on how to navigate. But that is typical of almost every App I used to update information. Luckily, I had a phone number to get my changes done. A real live representative ! Zenhia was absolutely wonderful. Hi I have been here over 10 yes and I feel safe here..Love the staff and Super and maintenance men(Rob and Edgar)..Cecelia is great and helpful

Washer not working replaced,. Rob and Edgar replaced it worked while maintenance there but would not advance to rinse. Edgar came replaced part worked for a complete cycle. Once again would not advance to rinse cycle Edgar replaced machine again and this one works fine. Thank you

Washer stopped working on rinse cycle. Put maintenance request shortly after Edgar was knocking on door. He checked out the washer and said I think motor is gone have to consult with Rob. Rob and Edgar returned yep motor broken would need to replace washer. I was fortunate that they were able to get one from warehouse. Rob is a great super and Edgar is a good maintenance man. Thank you
