Washer stopped working on rinse cycle. Put maintenance request shortly after Edgar was knocking on door. He checked out the washer and said I think motor is gone have to consult with Rob. Rob and Edgar returned yep motor broken would need to replace washer. I was fortunate that they were able to get one from warehouse. Rob is a great super and Edgar is a good maintenance man. Thank you

Every experience with Southwood’s Maintenance team has been great . Rob, Edgar and people from other Heatherwood Locations have been great. They are respectful and make sure the job is done to correctly and to completion.
