Poor to fair at best for being sneaky - Well I learned something new last night... I brought an iPad to Spa City iRepair for repair before Christmas. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it, I had replaced the screen and it had a funny "ring" around whatever I touched but wouldn't respond to normal touch input. I left it with Spa City IRepair to check out ($20 evaluation fee). The next day they called and told me it's ready to the tune of $50! I cannot recommend Spa City iRepair enough! They fixed my "sick" lil' iPhone5 in less that one day and charged me $22 vs. Verizon wanting to sell me a new phone "for only $750"! You guys are awesome!!!

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words Jeannie.

This place ruined my old phone and acted very unprofessional

Business response:

Hello Taylor Sorry to hear about your experience, As we looked you up you came in 7-10-2015 for an iPhone 5C charging port and have no record of you coming in or giving us a call at any point after that to claim any warranty.

They helped us out of a jam the other day when we couldn't remove a stripped screw from an electronic toy turtle. It was hilarious because he even joked about now being a veterinarian for fixing up a turtle. Wouldn't even let us pay him for helping us out.

5/19/2015 took my Dell laptop into be repaired. Got it back and they installed new HDD and memory. June 5 I picked it back up I asked for my old HDD and seems they aren't used to that. They can't find it and to this day I am waiting! When I got it home I see all HP programs on my Dell. I paid $290 for repairs I did not say I wanted HP Programs. I called immediately and the gentleman said it didn't matter. I never heard of such! Next day, Sunday, I open my laptop up and it is not working again. I brought it back to the shop a... read more

Anne we apologize for your troubles. We did explain to you in person what the issue was with your new hard drive and the time it takes for us to receive them from our vendors. Your old Hard drive has been reinstalled on your laptop. We left you a voicemail and await for your reply.
