Worst experience ever. Never buy a phone from these people!!

Business response:

Hello, Lori Eubanks thank you for taking the time to review us. As we look at our records we see that you purchased this device on 11-06-18 and came back on 12-05-18 claiming this device was not charging correctly, Although your 15-day warranty had expired we looked at it and determined that the device was charging efficiently. Attached you will see a copy of your warranty Unfortunately as stated within "batteries and or charging ports are not covered within this warranty"

Had my iPhone screen replaced. A few days after I picked it up the screen started to glitch. It will go black at times, freeze, or randomly hit buttons as if I’m pressing them. After I mentioned it to my sister in conversation, she stated she too had a problem with my niece’s screen after taking it here.

Business response:

Hello Mr. Ward. Thank you for taking the time to write your recommendation ,whether good or bad. Unfortunately we do not have record of your name in our data base, by any chance did you checked in your device under a different name? We would like to mention that if you had your device repaired with us, and it’s been less than 90 days since you picked your device up, You do have a warranty with us that cover manufacturing defects on any screen we replace, and we would love to make sure your device is repaired and fully fu... read more

Screen went out on 61st day. They won’t fix it unless I pay again. Cheap screens. I will edit if they ever resolve the issue.

Business response:

Hello Mr. Davis, We have replied to your Google review asking for more information and have not heard back from you. We have been unsuccessful at finding any record of you or any repairs done for you. By any chance did you check this device in under someone else's name? Not having this information hinders our ability to try and resolve your issue, Should you find time please give us a call with this information please ask for Deborah our number (501)463-4044. Thank you in advance.

Phone screen went bad on 61st day. They said it was a day out of warranty. They said they would fix it but that my dad would have to pay to fix it again. Bad product. Not a Apple made screen. Cheap screens. I will edit post if they ever fix the situation.

30 minutes to fix my phone. $110. Verizon expected me to call ins company and set up my own repair AND wanted $150 deductible! Sitting at Verizon now so I can cancel the worthless insurance I had. I've paid $5.95/math for ins on my phone for two years and the deductible is still $150?? Rip off! Will be changing my service ASAP also. Customer service is necessary. Every time I go to Verizon for any problem (( have five phones on my acct) all they do is tell me to call 'whoever' because they can't help and then try to get you ... read more

Poor to fair at best for being sneaky - Well I learned something new last night... I brought an iPad to Spa City iRepair for repair before Christmas. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it, I had replaced the screen and it had a funny "ring" around whatever I touched but wouldn't respond to normal touch input. I left it with Spa City IRepair to check out ($20 evaluation fee). The next day they called and told me it's ready to the tune of $50! I was happy to pay the repair charges and be on my way, but I wanted to know what was... read more

I cannot recommend Spa City iRepair enough! They fixed my "sick" lil' iPhone5 in less that one day and charged me $22 vs. Verizon wanting to sell me a new phone "for only $750"! You guys are awesome!!!

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words Jeannie.

This place ruined my old phone and acted very unprofessional

Business response:

Hello Taylor Sorry to hear about your experience, As we looked you up you came in 7-10-2015 for an iPhone 5C charging port and have no record of you coming in or giving us a call at any point after that to claim any warranty.
