RecommendedSign says to call when you arrive. I called, they put me on hold for 9 minutes until I finally just walked inside. No sense of urgency at the front desk and they weren't very welcoming. They seemed to be having a difficult morning, but im not sure, as this is my first visit. Took 30 minutes just to get checked in. I know the vet offices have been overloaded but they took no care of the immediate waiting clientele in the lobby. Spanaway vet clinic was Quick, thorough and very caring! I am so thankful they were able to get my baby in last minute. The veterinarian and the techs were amazing with my beardy!
Very thorough service for my Beardies first trip to the vet. Support staff is very friendly and engaging, veterinarian was very friendly and explained everything concisely. Definitely recommend them for your animal babies of all types.
I switched over to Spanaway Vet Clinic after a high recommendation from a friend, and I was not disappointed! One of my dogs is very cautious of new people, and they handled him with understanding and ease. (I have had some questionable experiences with another vet and how they handled him. Especially since Covid, he is even more cautious since I can't go in with him). Spanaway Vet Clinic is great, they really care for the animals and take good care of them. They are professional, compassionate and helpful. I really appreciate all of care they give to my furry family members!
They are awesome, and I trust my pets with them. I would like to see them open the waiting rooms though, it's hard waiting in cars with your dogs, and it really distracts from the personal touch. I know it's the covid thing, but if you can go to Walmart, grocery stores, etc...I think we can be responsible enough to be careful. It's time.
