This review is not related to the doctors it is related only to the office administration policy of being able to pay via credit card over the phone. My adult son whom has mild TBI, I pay for his copays always. Spark- wellness group has this ridiculous policy of sending guarantee approval for me to PAY THE COPAY so my son had to fill that out then they send me one and i have to fill out send copy of my license etc.. so I did all this ....
