I recently went to Sparks Toyota for my scheduled maintenance, and could not have been more pleased with the service! Scheduling was a breeze, and when I arrived, Tom B. was ready for me with no wait. He took photos of all sides of the car, explained what was scheduled to be performed (oil change, tire rotation), made certain that I understood that this was the first maintenance visit that I would be responsible for, and assured me that if any issues were discovered, he would discuss with me before proceeding. Just took my car in for its 5000 mile checkup, and was treated with respect, and made to feel special by all the staff there. Very professional and quick. Another checkup, oil change and tire rotation. Professional and courteous staff, and always excellent service. 11/21/22

Always prompt and ready to service when I arrive for my appointment! Pleasant waiting area! All the employees are courteous and ready to serve!
