RecommendedOkay, was told that the mechanic only had to change the cargo light switch to off from On and out air in all the tires. It took about 99 minutes this, seems out of line. I was waiting, and the Service advisor call me on my mobile rather than looking for me in the waiting area. I told him at check in I would wait for the repair. Did he receive it back for the service tech and sat on it?

Sparks put in a starter, performed an oil changed and rotated my tires and I was out in 2 hours. This was my first time there, but I will return for the excellent customer service!
Randall was a breath of fresh air !! Everything was told to us upfront and he was very honest which we were extremely greatful for ! After a not so good experience it was great to know there really are honest salesman out there and he totally regained our trust. It was a quick , smooth process, and I believe we got a good deal considering what the market is like. I would recommend Sparks Toyota and highly recommend you look for Randall if you want the best deal !
I will 100% recommend Sparks Toyota to everyone I talk to thanks to their wonderful cars and their wonderful staff, specifically Joey O. As soon as we walked on the lot Joey was there ready to help us and his knowledge and understanding of cars and people made this experience fantastic.
