I was on vacation from Indiana. My car wouldn’t start and I was waiting on AAA to send a tow truck. Called Sparks at 11:30 and she made me a 1:45pm appt which then goes by, AAA assures me they’ll be here soon, meanwhile I call Sparks back again and no problem, we’ll fit you in. It’s Friday now at 2:30pm, I’m panicking. Yes they’ll get it looked at and fixed today or latest Saturday. Luckily it was just the battery. ALL of the employees there were so nice and reassuring.
