Best sales team around. Dealt with Todd Blackwell 10 years ago when I purchased a used Solaria. Traded out this week for a Tacoma with Todd (who is now a sales manager) putting me in contact with Chelsea. She and Leon (an old Buddy from elementary school 😂) were great at answering all my questions. Jay in the finance department was certainly a joy to work with, he made me feel at easy and helped me get the interest rate I was looking for. I was treated extremely well by the employees at Sparks Toyoto when having my car serviced. In fact no one could have been any nicer. They asked me about shuttle service or a rental car and kept me informed about my car. I would highly recommend Sparks as a top notch dealership.
It would probably be a good idea for salespeople to wear masks. Not wearing one, even though outside, sends the message that I want valued and respected.
