I bought my car and have sparks do the free service the only thing I don’t like is it took over one hour to rotate tires I understand the labor problem but come on.
My service representative was named Jodie,and she was fantastic! I had some real issues with my car, and she took the time to acquaint me with the best way to repair my car. This is my 6th car from Sparks! I keep on coming back, because they are the best on the beach. Hannah Ross

We have been working with the Service Department and cannot say enough good things about Dennis Williams and the technicians. We recently purchased a used vehicle that developed exhaust issues. The hard work and commitment to customer service from Dennis and his crew has made a big difference. Very much recommend.
Jon Crumb was a very considerate, helpful & polite advisor. I could not afford a $700+ bill today. Tough coming in for an oil change & being faced with a $700 bill. Big amount for a senior citizen. Jon took time to talk with me & suggest what should be done today & what could wait for a later date. $400 not easy but better than $700. You need to keep this young man. 02/18/2022..another excellent service experience with Jon Crumb. Thank you, Jon!
