Once again, another fine job by Toyota. Spartan Toyota is the reason I have 250,000 miles on my Camry. My car has never been anywhere else and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Spartan Toyota.
Professional, didn't try to upsell for work I didn't come in for. Customer lounge was Covid compliant. I did miss the free wifi though.

Arrived at lunch time, so Terry M. (and a second attendant) helped us pay and get on our way efficiently/quickly. The saga of this repair really started 2 months ago with Mike S., and he was been very helpful the entire time, and was instrumental in having the driver's seat issue corrected (if not, the car was not safe to drive). Mike S. and Chad V. (the mechanic?) saved us at least $1,000 -- but probably more like $30,000 because we would have had to buy a new car! Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 - touch screen on my new Highlander was disgustingly filthy, like the previous driver was eating ice cream with his hands. Hopefully when covid dies your "cleanup guys" will be able to do more.
Prompt service even when the weather was not the best and the dealership was busy. Explained well the work done. Courteous and friendly staff in both service and sales.
