Prompt service with friendly and accommodating staff! Even though they were extremely busy, things moved along very well and I was informed as to what was going on with my Prius!

In the past I have owned my own dealership and been involved in automotive sales, so I know my stuff. This was my second new vehicle purchase at this dealership. Both experiences were excellent! Their sales people are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and best of all NOT PUSHY. Their service "after the sale" is fantastic also. I have been coming to Spartan Toyota since 2006. I have bought 2 Rav4s and am now leasing my third RAV4. I love the car, the service is A+ and Stefan Garrison is awesome to work with there. I see no reason to go anywhere else. Keep up the excellent work!
Excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and respectfully. I do not remember the names of the individuals that took care of my needs, but all that I spoke with was great.
The oil change service was great and the wait was less than 1 hour. I'm comfortable waiting in the customer lounge due to their COVID-19 compliant policies.
Stefan and all the staff that I dealt with were more than professional they were helpful and knowledgeable. The finance department was not pushy but knowledgeable and helpful as well. I wish I could remember her name. She was great
Service is excellent as usual, but minor item missed - Maintenance required light not turned off. Ryan deserves six stars. Love the car wash. Battery expensive.
Always excellent service. I didn't have an appointment but he took me right away. Work was done right away and there were no surprises.
