I have always received prompt, courteous and competent service from this dealership. My 2018 Highlander is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. Spartan Toyota has provided competent service on both of my vehicles over a period of 10 years. I've never had a long wait or a complaint on the service. Also the service charges are all very reasonable.
I've been coming to this dealership since 1977. They are competent with no nonsence. I miss the personal touch ( Mike in Service retired and Mark in Sales moved to selling Lexus). Service staff are courteous, gratious, answer questions, and basically provide great service.
