I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation, and had the pleasure of working with a lovely young lady in the service department. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but her work station had a pink stapler. I thought that was so cute and that the guys would not borrow it! 😁

Very thorough for my 30K tune up for my Prius. Mike Smith (Service Advisory) was helpful and kept me informed. My car was ready before promised. Only thing was that they said they washed my car (and it wasn't cleaned).
