General maintenance Friendly service. Helpful. Honest evaluation of a possible service issue. Didn’t need much done. No oil change. Had tire rotation. Did all fluid levels.
Oil Change Price use a little hi as I did not have my Tires rotated and I should have received a discount as the tire rotation is include in the price of the oil change.
Great service, truly customer oriented Got my rav4 in for inspection, service department offered straight to the point recommendations, and was able to get the car fixed in the same day. Highly satisfied!
Good oil change & inspection Good experience on a busy day for the service center. Some minor issues found (tire wear, marker bulbs burned out); Mike gave me options & explained clearly although I didn't have them fixed at this visit.
Great Service! Upon arrival for my 10,000 miles service on my 2018 Highlander, I received prompt attention from Sherri, my service advisor. I had a seat in the pleasant waiting area where I treated myself to a cup of coffee. Within about 30 minutes, my freshly washed Highlander was ready to go. Sherri was very pleasant. She even smiled at my joke.
Noise evaluation Very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I love my Rav 4 Adventure! No sooner did I leave the service dept the noise started. Nuts!
