Great experience except for GPS confusion The car and the pricing went quite well, but the GPS system will not work till we buy a much more expensive cell phone. This was not clear to us till sale was finalized.
High power draw on the bettery Terry Moubray quickly accommodated urgent unscheduled need due to warning message on the dashboard. He took time to explain the diagnosis to me and why the fix was the necessary one.
Excellent, courteous customer service! It was an excellent experience. I have no complaints! The problem was correctly diagnosed and remedied. I enjoyed an excellent latte’ while I waited and a snack. Reese was very polite and friendly and I enjoyed my interactions with him! Thanks for getting me back on the road in excellent condition!

Superior Service Department Spartan Toyota has a top notch service department. Always friendly and courteous and punctual. I drop my vehicle off in the morning, take the shuttle to work and have no worries. Service Advisor will keep me updated and have it back when promised. Joe and Joey have an excellent staff and have made this one of the top service departments in the state.
