Great used car purchase experience Had purchased a previous used car from Gerry, so I brought my daughter (new driver) in to just talk about what she was looking for and financing options, and to see what cars might be available. He had something he thought might fit her wants/needs, and she was able to purchase something that was absolutely perfect for her the same day. Gerry did everything possible to make this a great experience for our family. We will be back when I'm ready for a new (used) vehicle.

New RAV4, Incredible Service My wife and I were in the market for a new car and stopped in at Spartan Toyota since we are both MSU alumn. Our salesman, Stefan, was incredible. Air Bag Service Spartan Toyota made this recall experience a breeze. Had routine service done at the same time. My service adviser Donovan was outstanding. He explained the plan for the work and kept me updated as the service progressed.
AWESOME My oil change was complete in half the time I was told and they were busy when I pulled in. These guys are the best.

Fast courteous service. I was quite pleased with my first service experience at Spartan Toyota. One concern is the fact that I cannot tell precisely what was done to my vehicle, per the invoice/service report. It shows "1st TC NO COST SVC-TIRE ROT, MPI, INSP/ADJ FLUIDS". I assume this means that my tires were rotated, a multi-point inspection was performed, and fluids were inspected & adjusted. Was an oil change & lube performed?
