I really needed to get a new car because my son was going to buy by car. I was not feeling very good but Duane was very helpful and made it a quick and easy experience.He found just what i was looking for. He let me take my new beautiful Red RAV4 for home so my husband could see it and took care of some of the paperwork while I was gone which helped a lot. Everyone went out of their way to listen to our needs and find the best deals available. We were given plenty of time and our requests were all answered with a willing attidude and a good sense of humor. I would definately reccommend this dealership!
Mark made car buying a quick and easy experience, he was great to work with. Everyone we encountered while we where there was extremely friendly and helpful, seemed like everyone there knew who we were, even if they weren't our salesperson. I came 90 miles to look for a new Prius because of a friend's referral. I arrived late in the afternoon and met Jason. I thought that I had a good idea of the model and options I was trying to find. After looking at a couple of vehicles and discussing the options with Jason, I found the perfect vehicle for me. After much research on-line and visiting many Michigan dealerships to determine the best vehicle for me, the Ford Focus and the Prius C ended up the final choices. In the end the gal mileage and the fit of the driver's seat were the determining factors. Spartan Toyota became the dealership and Jason Husband the sales person. This will be my 6th lease on a Toyato Camry. Jerome was very helpful in getting me out of my 3 year lease and into another new 3 year lease. He got me a terrific deal on the new lease. The finance manager was extremly helpful in this process also. I keep coming back to this dealership because of the great service. The service department is all so wonderful and very helpful. My husband and I went looking for a new Prius. Greg was patient and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between the Prius and Prius V. I had to go out of town for a week for work and came back late in Friday. My husband contacted a couple other dealers for price. We came back after 5 on Friday. Greg was happy to help us, regardless of how late it was. We agreed on a fair price, especially considering the fact that Spartan Toyota offers extra warranties and $20 lifetime oil changes. Very helpful buying my first car. Jarrett was very knowledgable about the car and showed us features that were not shown by other dealers. He was upfront and honest and made the entire experience very easy. Would definitely return for my next car.
I went in to get new brakes on my lease 2010 camry and Jarrett came to me and asked if we knew what we were going to do when it was up. I wasn't quite sure so I talked to my husband to tell him I needed to get new brakes and he said to go ahead and talk to Jarrett to find out what we could work out. Anyway i ended up leasing a 2012 Camry and turning my other camry in early. I REALLY love my new Camry and will enjoy it for my 3 year lease. Thank you Jarrett
