I walked in because I like the Prius C. Jarrett didn't play games or mess around, he gave me good information and was friendly the entire time. By the test drive I was ready to buy. Jarrett was a great person to work with; he was friendly, patient, and I could ask him any question no matter how stupid it sounded. He also made sure to remember everything that I was likely to forget, so I never felt I had to worry about anything.

Jarrett was the first person that I came into contact with and he had a huge welcoming smile on his face and asked if he could help me.
