I took my 2022 Corolla Cross in for the 15,000 mile service and was completely satisfied with the service. I was told it would be 45 minutes for the service and I was pleasantly pleased with that exact time. I was kept aware of the progression of the service and after it was completed the service advisor, Chase Niswender, came to the waiting area and went over the entire services that were performed on my vehicle. I am completely satisified with this Toyota dealership.😀

We had our 2021 RAV4 serviced at Toyota Spartanburg in the past and we were impressed with the courteous, amazing service. When that car was totaled in an accident recently, we knew we wanted another Toyota from Spartanburg. Ella was our sales person and she was great!! Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. When the car we thought we were getting that day did not come through , we were very disappointed.
