Michael Towe and the whole service team are great! Regular maintenance, special concerns, or whatever I am always greeted with a smile & a happy hello. I always feel heard and understood. The waiting area is comfortable and it is great to have a cafe on site while waiting. Bill Ledbetter and the sales team are also fantastic & easy to work with. Highly recommend these gentlemen and Dave Edwards Toyota!
Today was my first maintenance check and tire rotation for my Tacoma. A very nice young lady. Chelsea Swaney was my advisor. Raining out side she reminded me to be careful on the floor. After the maintenance was completed, she came to the waiting area to get me. Reminded me again about the floor. Also ask if I would like a bottle water to go. Very nice young lady. My point here is there are still good young people out there. She made a rainy day bright. 11 on a scale of 1-10!
I came in to get my car serviced and was in and out in 30 minutes great customer service and amazing how quick they satisfy !!
I just bought a used car from Dave Edwards and the experience was very easy going. if you're in the market for a used car, you should stop in and see Eddy Schotborgh. Eddy is a super person with a great attitude on life.
