RecommendedI came in without an appointment but was seen right away & my issue was resolved. They had the bulb in their parts Dept & changed it out on the spot. They also had to order another part so I will need to return but that’s not a problem. Everyone is very courteous & all were wearing masks.
The people from customer service on & including the lady who served food & beverages are so pleasant & helpful. I do miss Mr. Edwards & his popcorn machine though.
Dave Edwards has the most courteous & thoughtful employees. Their service is impeccable & they try to give you a break on price every way they can. Their thoroughness I really appreciate. I feel safe driving my car when I leave their service department. The wait time has always been reasonable according to what I’m having done to my car. We have shopped at Dave Edwards for many years now and will continue to. We are always treated with kindness and respect whether we are buying a new car or having our car serviced. We have never had a car that didn’t stand up to it’s warranty. The staff from the salesperson to the financial person have always did everything in their power to make us happy.
