RecommendedMichael Towe and the whole service team are great! Regular maintenance, special concerns, or whatever I am always greeted with a smile & a happy hello. I always feel heard and understood. The waiting area is comfortable and it is great to have a cafe on site while waiting. Bill Ledbetter and the sales team are also fantastic & easy to work with. Highly recommend these gentlemen and Dave Edwards Toyota!

RecommendedToday was my first maintenance check and tire rotation for my Tacoma. A very nice young lady. Chelsea Swaney was my advisor. Raining out side she reminded me to be careful on the floor. After the maintenance was completed, she came to the waiting area to get me. Reminded me again about the floor. Also ask if I would like a bottle water to go. Very nice young lady. My point here is there are still good young people out there. She made a rainy day bright. 11 on a scale of 1-10!

I called in earlier in the day to ask about a car, we negotiated and came to a deal...I asked if I need to put anything down to hold the car, or just show up and it would be waiting...he said just come in as you said, and you have first refusal on it. I showed up at 715pm, a few minutes later than agreed but due to traffic that is when I arrived.
