RecommendedAlthough I had an appointment with Caroline when I arrived she was not there. I had received a text and phone call reminding me of the appointment. Very unprofessional but Bill Ledbetter took great care of me. He and the financial agent were very helpful. I’ll come back but will not have anything to do with Caroline. I understand she has some physical issues but she should given me a courtesy call to let me know she wasn’t going to be there
