RecommendedDave Edwards has an excellent service department. I bought my first Toyota in 2011 from a dealer in TN and I was so disappointed to find out it had a recall on the steering linkage and the former dealer failed to fix it. So I took it to Dave Edwards and they fixed it right away. I then had my Highlander serviced there every time thereafter. Super service! Over the past 8 years I have purchased 4 vehicles from Dave Edwards. 3 tundras and a sequoia. I moved from SC to MS and the dealers here are not friendly like at Daves. I have made personal friends with the service techs. They inquired about my family and job and were always awesome at what they did for my family. I highly recommend stopping in and take a walk to their service department. You will have your salesman for a day, but the service techs the life of the vehicle.
