RecommendedBeen going there for service for over two years. Today, I had a very sweet lady take care of me. Her name was Jennifer Heaton. The service dept became even better than what it usually is. She was the kindest, sweetest person in my two years coming there. I would love to see her get a reward of some kind for her act of kindness and cheerfulness that she had while working in the service dept. Thanks again Jennifer!!!
Dave Edwards has an excellent service department. I bought my first Toyota in 2011 from a dealer in TN and I was so disappointed to find out it had a recall on the steering linkage and the former dealer failed to fix it. So I took it to Dave Edwards and they fixed it right away. I then had my Highlander serviced there every time thereafter. Super service! Over the past 8 years I have purchased 4 vehicles from Dave Edwards. 3 tundras and a sequoia. I moved from SC to MS and the dealers here are not friendly like at Daves. I have made personal friends with the service techs. They inquired about my family and job and were always awesome at what they did for my family. I highly recommend stopping in and take a walk to their service department. You will have your salesman for a day, but the service techs the life of the vehicle.
