The service was excellent. There was a nail in my tire. They repaired the tire. But, I'm now hearing a rattling noise. Not sure where that is coming from.
Worked out a deal with Matt on the phone and he offered to send a driver to pick me up in Greenville! I got a ride from my wife and when I arrived all my paperwork was ready to go with an even better deal than expected. Roberto in the financing department beat the pre-approved offers I had by a solid 1% and worked with me to get a nice warranty on top of the Toyota Certified Pre-Owned warranty coverages. Can't say enough about my experience here. I almost didn't even make an attempt to inquire about a car here because I already had tentative deals on the table at other places, but when the car I was going to get wasn't ready to be picked up, I inquired about a car at Dave Edward's not really expecting much.
