In serious pain July 2nd time 140 am. Called the Dr. Office two days ago crying in pain and lack of sleep. Who ever answered the phone was Rude at Best. Not sure about a Doctor In. pain care . Never needed one before I turned 62. Pain and lack of sleep Because of pain. Not Sure at all.

You cannot speak to a human. The only people you interact with are call center people who are extremely RUDE. You can't even speak to a doctor even when you have an emergency

The billing office did not obtain preauthorization for a procedure from my insurance provider. Resulting in a bill of 1320.00 for bilateral genicular knee injection tests. I asked the staff at least three times to check preauthorization before scheduling this procedure on 2/272020. Tricare Prime considers the CPT codes for this procedure non payable. I’ve contacted the office via Patient Portal Online twice and a phone call today. So far no response. I’m very upset. They did not do their diligence or their job... read more
