I wanted to share my great experience with Specialized Property Management. The entire team is fantastic I reside in Memphis,TN. I applied and was approved the application was fast and easy. The leasing team made it super easy they reached out and answered any questions I had. Mr. Dorian, and the leasing team in Memphis is super Awesome as well, he made sure he kept updated on the home I loved and made it a super breeze. I will be moving on March 27, 2024 I'm super excited to be with Specialized Property Management !!!
!!!578 CHURCH STREET!!! DO NOT RENT!!! This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. My car got broken into while living here and they tried to break into the house as well. After talking with specialized property management to try and buy my way out of my lease because as a single woman living by myself I didn't feel safe after my car got broken into... I contacted Aaron about taking over the management of my property. He has been very responsive to my queries, followed up in a timely manner on the status of the transfer process and provided useful practical advice. Very pleased with this first stage of my experience with Specialized.
Started work with Aaron recently and the experience has been great. Aaron response my questions quickly and professionally. He gained my trust and I decided to transfer the property managed by the other company to Specialized Property Management.
We will see how this goes I got approved for a rental. So far I have had good experiences with them Stewart I believe his name is was very nice and professional I move on my new place Wednesday.
