Easy process to lease and good communication. My husband even got a welcome call from Nina helped with all the last minute questions. She was very sweet and patient.

I can say that Nena has been great! Every time I have reached out to her. She has always been helpful. I have never left feeling like I wasn't heard or understood. Also don't want to leave out the rest of the team, they are great as well. When I have a problem or issue they have always helped in a timely manner.

I moved to an SPM property in January and the initial process was somewhat smooth. I found the move-in email instructions to be a lot at once. The Simple Bills process wasn't really clear so I ended up setting up utilities in my name and was double-billed for the first 3 months. Overall, living here has been ok. I wished it wasn't such a challenge to actually speak with a human rather than doing everything through apps and email. It's not personal enough for me. SPM has been pro active. I can now trust that things will be taken care off once I hand off to SPM. SPM helped in setting the right rent, so that the vacant time is minimal. The maintenance request have been addressed in a timely manner to help both the tenant and the owner. I would highly recommend SPM to anyone looking for property management.
