So first i want to start by saying that Ortega does wonderful work. My opinion on that has not changed. I think the aftercare on the other hand could be better. And i believe that it is no fault of Ortega's. But anyway, I am a little over three weeks. I am loving my results so far. A few hiccups. But overall not bad. Not sure if it is just me but i still cant stand to strait. If i sit too long when i stand up i feel stiff. Its crazy. Im experiencing a lot of swelling. I am taking arnica, bromelain. Surgery went well..I was in lots of pain that night. Buy feeling a lot better today. Not really having to take pain meds, maybe twice per day. The biggest annoyance is not being able to sit or bend. So far my results are okay, the swelling just needs to go down, but according to all the spectrum staff I should continue to get smaller. I'll post some pics of today's visit. I also had a massage which made me feel a lot better.

I just wanna say i freakn LOVE claudia and her assistant Frania!!! I was fortunate to be able to meet Claudia's son and husband too and the whole family is nothing short of AMAZING , down to earth and funny. So it comes to my decision that I would rather go with Dr. Alvarez because he has more experience and plus-size females who have lost extreme amount of weight. If there are any ladies who had surgery with Dr. Alvarez or going between November and December of 2017 let's keep in contact cause I promised myself this new figure, and also would love a surgery but it because I'm going by myself.
