To start I been struggling my entire life with self image problems, it's hard for me to look at my naked chest in the mirror.I have no breast tissue just two really ugly herniated nipples (tubular breast). It's been a hell of a recovery. Daily life was kind of difficult. Am I happy with my results ? Yes. I Plan on coming up with a workout routine and meal plan to maintain the fat and try to increase my glutes to enlarge my but. That means no cardio and strictly weight training and eating the right food to feed your muscles. I dropped about 8 pounds in the past week. I think it could be from swelling and stress. But here are some phtos.
Still get swollen mid day, but it's getting better! I wear my binder everyday but I am on my feet for 6-8 hours a day working. Belly button is looking good although I've been slacking with the silicon ear plug....I need to start doing that more often.
So I finally was able to get my bbl done with Dr Mel Ortega at Spectrum and I'm in love with my results. I'm very happy I took a decision and not go with Llorente and Gi with Dr Ortega. Honestly I planned everything in 2 weeks. Week actually since last year but just things kept coming up and if it wasn't one thing it was another. Ok where do I begin...so the day of my surgery I went in and my blood pressure was high so they couldn't do the surgery it was kinda wired cuz I don't have high blood pressure so then dr O assistant tells me to come back in two days I come back my pressure is normal but doctor still refuse to do saying my pressure might go back up so I had to fly back home to get paper work from my doctor so hopefully I'll be going back to Miami in a couple weeks
