I couldn't put it on when the Dr's office gave it to me, as i was flying back home w. my drains. Now that my drains are gone I have to wear this contraption. It has hook & eyes on each side & zippers over that. It goes all the way up my back w. straps over my shoulders like a bra, and it goes mid thigh.
