Tomorrow is my flight. I’ve been so nervous. I feel like it’s going to be all good though! I can’t wait to see my self after Saturday. 2 more days and I upload some pics of each post op day and in my faja and out!

From meeting Dr. Ortega at pre-op through post-op my experience was amazing! He has given me my life back after having three kids , and I am forever grateful . He’s the best at what he does , and I will forever be an Dr.Ortega Doll !!
I got my surgery feb and my results are amazing ! From walking in to spectrum before my surgery He was so good to me . Very informative and helpful . Made me feel very comfortable even though I was so nervous . Dr Ortega is super great !
I had my BA on March 11th with Dr Ortega met him on the day of surgery and He was very nice Only thing was he didn’t let me choose my size. I got 445 cc UHP and I feel like it looks small. Wish I could off got bigger. As I wanted to go for a look that even when I’m not wearing a bra and only tshirt it still looks big. That’s not my case right. My boobs looks smaller. I was a 34B pre op 110lbs 5’2 height. Kinda regret not being able to choose my own size hopefully it goes rounder as I am going for the more “fake look” !
I had my breast lift With Dr. Ortega on March 6 and I had a great experience. He gave me realistic expectation. Have had follow up calls from spectrum aesthetic and they really show concerne for your well being. I am back for my bbl in 3 months.
More after pics. I healed pretty well. Most scars covered by underwear. After healing I did notice my belly button was slightly off center but I don't care about that. I removed my own drains at home. I was standing upright again around week two.
I've had 2 kids really young and my body never recovered. My kids are much older and I'm married and financially together so I decided to invest in getting back to myself physically. I chose Dr Ortega because his results were realistic and he was very open about what he could do for me and didn't give me false expectations. Great bedside manner, very attentive and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him from start to finish. He really made a significant change to my appearance, I had no issues with the staff they were responsive and followed up with me after surgery. Not one regret.
