I can't say enough about Spencer Marsh and PRMI. Spencer was fantastic to work with. He was professional, patient and extremely friendly. Any questions we had he was able to quickly answer. I know that our closing would not have been as smooth and easy if Spencer wasn't helping us. He put all of our fears and worries to rest when our house went under contract in three days and we were scrambling to get everything in order.
