The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the shipping time. It took several days to ship after order was placed. Consequently it did not arrive in time for valentine's day. 😕

I have been very impressed with the customer service and products. I accidentally was sent the wrong size and customer service fixed the issue quickly. I then had to return the item because it was too small (my fault) and recieved a credit. I was able to re-buy the item. Although I bought the wrong one and will have to do the return and credit process again (totally my fault). I do wish the shipping and credits were quicker.

I had a good experience using this company for ordering lingerie. Buying and delivery was great. My only small issues were with some of t merchandise itself.

Item looked very nice. Size chart was not very accurate. Went with a medium based on it (wife is a size 6). The item did not fit. Not even close. Wanted to exchange, but the fine print says no exchanges/returns on lingerie. Wish I had seen that prior to purchase, but that was my fault. Second item I purchased at the same time did not arrive, is on back order. Not sure if that will fit or not. Would be nice to know it was on back order at time of purchase, as I would not have gotten it but rather waited for it. Sadly will not... read more
