This was the first time I ordered from you guys. My experience wasn’t great but I can’t say it was all bad either. The issue was I was sent the incorrect item, it was the right size and color but wrong item. I contacted the company immediately via the website and email and was asked for a copy of my receipt and a picture of the item which I sent immediately back, but after that I was told 2 business days which turned into almost a week. Bought it as a Valentine's gift for my girlfriend. It fitted well, she loved it, I loved it! A great product, we are in our 60's.
