The customer service is really great. They've been able to fix problems on a few orders. The only complaint I think I have is that 2 of my items had been backordered, and I didn't really get info on that. And I wasn't charged for them, but one of them shipped and then I was charged and wasn't expecting it. It's a pre- authorized charge, so on me if that card didn't have money on it, but I do wish they had sent out q heads up email. And no tracking number was sent either.
