I love all the items I purchased and the customer service is fantastic. My package said it was delivered on December 2nd and it was not. I called usps before contacting spicy lingerie, as it was the holiday season. Once, I spoke with customer service they looked into it and offered to resend the package at no cost. I never expected anything of that sort to be done. Before my replacement order was shipped my original package showed up on my door step after the new year.
